Located out of Depew, NY, we offer the LARGEST menu available from any locally owned and operated ice cream food truck in WNY. We serve only made to order ice cream & ice cream related treats (not prepackaged novelties).

With over 25 years in the ice cream business, we do one thing, and we do it RIGHT!

On our truck, we serve Western New York's favorite hard ice cream, Perry's Ice Cream! We also serve our delicious, locally made Upstate Farms REAL soft serve custard! We serve Ice Cream Cones & Dishes, Sundaes, Parfaits, Flurries, Milkshakes, Smoothies, Slushies and Slushie Floats, each one made to order, just for you!

In order to book the Ice Cream Truck, we must speak to someone on the phone.

$100.00 deposit required for new customers to hold the date for our ice cream food truck for private events.

(Certain dates may not be available due to pending events.)

Our Ice Cream Food Truck is available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. (Some weekend dates may be available before Memorial Day based on staff availability.)

All information and pricing listed above is for PRIVATE EVENTS located INSIDE of Erie & Niagara Counties, NY and include up to 30 minutes travel time to your event from our Depew, NY location.

Prices listed in our "Event Options & Pricing" information packet (located above, click the big green buttom) are plus tax and DO NOT include GRATUITY.

For events that require longer than a 30 minute drive that are inside of Erie & Niagara Counties, NY, a travel surcharge will be added to your final bill.

The truck MUST be parked on Private Property (cannot be parked on the street). If you do not own the property (you rent or lease) where the truck is to be parked, we must have written approval from the owner of the property to be able to park there.

Erie & Niagara County events require a 2 week advanced notice for bookings.

Pay-As-You-Go Events...

(where each customer pays individually)

If you would like us to attend your larger scale "Pay-As-You-Go" event (where each customer pays individually) such as a Carnival, Lawn Fete, Festival, Community Music Event, or School Sporting Event, give us a call at (716) 683-1849 to discuss your options. These events may be subject to us getting a permit to operate in your city, town or village.

If you are looking for us to attend your smaller scale (under 300 guest attending) "Pay-As-You-Go" event (where each customer pays individually), there is a $600.00 minimum for a 2 hour event, $800.00 minimum for a 3 hour event and $1,000.00 minimum for a 4 hour event. If we do not sell the minimum in ice cream, the booking organization will be required to pay the difference. Please keep in mind, with events like these, on average only about 30% of guests will actually purchase ice cream at an average sale of around $4.50 each. If this type of event is what you are considering, give us a call at (716) 683-1849 to discuss your options. These events may also be subject to us getting a permit to operate in your city, town or village.

We may consider waiving the "Pay-As-You-Go" minimums at certain SCHOOL EVENTS where there will be many kids / teenagers attending since some of these events (depending on the event type) average more than 30% of guests buying ice cream. Call us at (716) 683-1849 to discuss your event.

We have health permits that allow us to serve in Erie & Niagara Counties ONLY. These permits ARE NOT the required permits to operate in any city, town or village. We do have some permits for certain cities, towns and villages. Call us at (716) 683-1849 to see if we will need to get a permit for your event. Depending on the permits required, the customer may be asked to cover the cost of this permit.

We currently have permits for the 2026 season to operate "Pay-As-You-Go" events in the following cities, towns and villages: City of Buffalo, Town of Amherst, Town of Clarence, Town of West Seneca, & the Village of Depew.
